Contingency
Planning
With state of the art equipment, each year PARC Emergency Response manages hundreds of environmental emergency response projects. When you are faced with the challenges involved in a chemical release, or hazardous material spill it’s great to have a partner with the experience to handle all aspects of the emergency in a timely and compliant manner.
PARC Emergency Response offers a customized Emergency Response Service Agreement (ERSA) to commercial business owners and property managers.
Created and administered by PARC Environmental, an ERSA is a contractual agreement detailing all recovery services performed by PARC Emergency Response should disaster strike your operation.

Customized Emergency Response Service
PARC 24-7 Dispatch System
The PARC 24-7 dispatch system has been in operation for over 30 years and has been enhanced to ensure a responsive and reliable service.
Office personnel answer PARC 24-7 phone lines during regular business hours between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, at (559) 233-7156.
Phone calls are answered during all other times by an answering service that specializes in emergency-related businesses.
The operators are trained to pursue the answer of every call that is made into the office. The phone number is the same as the PARC Environmental office number, (559) 233-7156.
When a call is received through the office, or the answering service, the following procedures have been established to ensure a response by the program manager or a response foreman within 15 minutes.
A response roster of company employees is maintained, and they are responsible for answering the call.
Each employee on the response roster has a cell phone for instant communication.
The office and the answering service are trained to proceed down the response roster until contact is made and the call has been answered.
